Let me tell you this
I came there regularly. At my neighbor's pigsty. Sometimes I was allowed in and I could look at the piglets. Little faces looking at me. They couldn't be cuter.
A few years ahead, autumn 2019, that pigsty is no longer there. Renovated because the stable was next to a natural park. And I had the chance to develop something new in that place.
After two years I no longer look at an empty site, but after 14 holiday homes that are located against the edge of the forest. A quiet environment, luxurious houses inside and a beautifully landscaped site with plants from the area and with a link to the past.
I couldn't be more proud.

It sounds cliché, but it is more than true. In the past two years I have asked for a lot of expertise from all kinds of parties without hesitation. As a newcomer to the market, I was very aware of the 'gaps' in my knowledge.
I now work with DEPTH architecture for the translation of my designs into architectural drawings, with Kadergroen for the landscape integration and I have experts in the field of finance, the recreation market and interior design at my side.
